1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BatScout you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BatScout is a B2B data intelligence platform. It aggregates publicly available business information — company names, websites, professional email addresses that are already public, job listings, and market-search insights — and offers analytics and AI-generated reports drawn from that data.

3. Use of Data

• We collect information from public sources and do not bypass login walls, security measures, or non-public systems.
• You are responsible for how you use the contacts and data you obtain through BatScout, and for complying with applicable laws (e.g., data-protection, anti-spam, and email-marketing rules) in the jurisdiction where you operate.
• We are an information platform; we do not provide or sell personal data belonging to identifiable private individuals in bulk for profiling.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or intrusive direct messages that violate applicable law.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or resell BatScout data or the service itself.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.

5. Accounts, Plans and Subscription

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Plans and features may be changed; plan changes are handled on request.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. Intellectual Property

BatScout software, design, and original content are owned by BatScout. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. You may not copy our original materials without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be incomplete or become outdated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BatScout harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
